Studio apartment next to the Canal Saint Martin

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located between Rue Bichat and the Canal Saint Martin, which is 4.5 km long, including more than 2 km in underground passage. Its mysterious subterranean vaults, chestnut trees and romantic footbridges give the channel a special atmosphere and make it a key point of tourism in Paris. This accommodation is also near the Place de la Bastille.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a nice courtyard. The apartment is the second one on the left. The entrance to the building leads to the staircase and the studio is on the right.
The main room has a parquet floor and two windows with blinds that overlook the courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofabed, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a double-size bed, a desk, shelves and chest of drawers. It is also equipped with a cable TV.
The open kitchen has a little window and has two gas plates, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a micro wave, a kettle and a toaster.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette and a washing machine.
The heat is gas and hot water is electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Goncourt (line 11).
