Studio apartment in the Latin Quarter

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located on Rue Linne between Rue Lacepede and Rue des Arenes. It is situated in the Latin Quarter, an area of Paris offering many shops, restaurants, and conveniences. In the Pantheon area, this mostly residential street neighbors the Seine River with its traditional booksellers and charming islands - Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cité. This accommodation is also a short distance from the splendid Luxembourg Garden and the sophisticated Saint Germain des Prés district with its elegant fashion shops, famous restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinemas, and the acclaimed Buci market.
Premises:
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio apartment in located on the ground floor of a 20th century building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall. Then a second gate with an intercom and digital key leads to a courtyard and the apartment.
The apartment entrance opens into the main room and the open kitchen. There is also a separate bathroom.
The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) main room has a double-glazed French window with northern exposure that opens onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, bookshelves with a stereo, a large built-in closet and a piano.
The open kitchen has a small dining table with chairs. It is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates, a small oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The separate bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Jussieu (line 7,10).
