One-bedroom apartment next to the Buttes Chaumont

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located next to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest park in Paris and very nice for a relaxing stroll. Also not far from this accommodation is the Park de la Villette with its cultural centers and open-air theatre during the summer. With its 30 hectares, just beside it are the Cite des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Geode with its 180-degree cinema screen. In short distance are the Menilmontant area and the Rue Oberkampf, with many diverse restaurants, emerging nightclubs and trendy bars. Places such as the Marais area, the Louvre, or the Seine River are 10 to 15 minutes away by metro.
Premises:
This 52m² (approx. 555 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the eighth and top floor of a 20th century building which has an elevator. It is the only apartment on the floor. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and opens into stairs with steps leading to an elevator and the staircase.
The 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and three windows with blinds that overlook the street. It is furnished with a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, an armchair and some shelves. It is also equipped with a cable TV, a stereo and a computer.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas plates toppped by a cooker hood, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a bar with three stools.
The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a window overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a bedside table. There are also two built-in closets.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a toilet, a washbasin and a washing machine. It has a window.
Heat is electric and collective. Hot water is electric and individual.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Botzaris (line 7Bis) or Place des Fêtes (line 7bis and 11).
