This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Rollin, a pedestrial street between Rue Monge and Rue du Cardinal Lemoine in the heart of the 5th arrondissement in Paris. This accommodation is situated close to the Mouffetard open-air market, which offers such French specialties as fresh baguettes and pastries, seafood, choice fruit and vegetables, and unique sorts of cheese. Nearby, the famous Place de la Contrescarpe and the Boulevard Saint Michel with its fashion outlets and bookstores can be found.
The Latin Quarter area has been the center of Parisian education since the Middle Ages, and is one of the most youthful neighborhoods in the French capital. This accommodation is a short walking distance away from many convenience stores, select restaurants and cafes, and supermarkets. Le Jardin des Plantes and the Place d'Italie, which features a large commercial center with cinemas, are both only a few metro stations away.
Premises:
This 21m² (approx. 226 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the first floor of a 17th-century walk-up building. The entrance gate with a coded security system opens into a hallway leading to a courtyard. From there, a door opens onto the stairway.
The entrance door opens onto the main room. The office area, open kitchen and separate bathroom are accessible via the main room.
The 15m² (approx. 161 sq. ft.) living room has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen-size sofa bed, a small dining table with chairs, a wall-mounted flatscreen television, a fireplace, and a chest of drawers.
The 5m² (approx. 54 sq. ft.) office area has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a closet, a desk with chair, a single-size folding bed, and a laptop with high-speed Internet, free international phone service, and a cellular phone at your disposal.
The windowed open kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, a combination grill/microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee-maker, a kettle, and some cooking utensils.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both in gas.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Place Monge (line 7).
