This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Feydeau between Rue de Richelieu and Rue Vivienne.
The nearby Tuileries area is surrounded by the vast and harmonious expanse of the Concorde Square at one end, and by the Grand Louvre, the seat of the French monarchy, at the other. This accommodation is also close to Place Vendôme, the best example of 18th century elegance in Paris and the place where composer Frederic Chopin died in 1848. The apartment's location serves as an intersection for Paris's most magnificent shopping streets, Rue de Rivoli, which is parallel to the Tuileries Gardens, and Rue St. Honoré. The Louvre, which contains one of the most important art collections in the world, is only a few steps from this accommodation. There are all sorts of convenience shops and services available in the neighborhood. It is also close to the Palais Garnier.
Premises:
This 35m² (approx 375 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a XXth century building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor, then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into the staircase and elevator area.
The entrance door opens directly into a staircase, a corridor links the main room, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The 20m² (approx 215 sq ft) main room has a double glazed bay window and a French window, which opens onto a small balcony with northen exposure overlooking a courtyard. The main room is divided in two parts. The living room area is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a bookshelf and some decorative items.
The bedroom area is furnished with a double size bed and a console surmounted by a flat screen TV and a stereo.
The kitchen has a skylight and is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a dining table with two stools.
The bathroom has a skylight, a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Bourse (line 3).
