The entrance door opens into the living room, which links the bathroom, the separate toilet and the kitchen. A staircase leads to the mezzanine.
The 20m2 (approx 215sq ft) living room has a window with northwestern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a stereo and a console surmounted by a flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The 7m2 (approx 75 sq ft) mezzanine bedroom has a skylight. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table and a small closet.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead and a washbasin.
There is also a separate toilet.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is a dining table with chairs, as well as a washing machine.
