Neighborhood: This furnished two-bedroom apartment is located on Rue de Fleurus between Rue Guynemer and Rue Madame. Located next to the Jardin du Luxembourg this apartment is close Saint-Sulpice and Sèvres areas with all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, and cinemas. Across the Jardin du Luxembourg is the Latin Quarter with the famous Boulevard Saint Michel, the Sorbonne University and the Pantheon, built as a church, having become a secular necropolis where are buried Voltaire, Jean Jacques Rousseau, and Victor Hugo among others. Premises: This 80m2 (approx 860 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century elevator building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with staircase and elevator.
