This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de Rivoli between Rue du Renard and Rue du Temple.
The apartment is just next to the Hotel de Ville and the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg. It is close to the Les Halles Mall and in about 10 minutes walking distance to the Louvre Museum and the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral berth, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis - a must see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 75m2 (approx 804 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard.
Then a second gate opens into a hall with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the open kitchen.
The 28m2 (approx 301 sq ft) living room has two windows with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, two chests of drawers, a stereo, a phone, a TV with international channels, a DVD player, some shelves and a decorative fireplace.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with three induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combo oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee/ espresso maker, a juicer, a kettle and a toaster. There are also a washing machine and a dryer.
The16m2 (approx 172 sq ft) bedroom has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a chair, a phone, a build in closet, a closet and a decorative fireplace.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a heated towel rack.
The toilet is separate.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Hotel de Ville (lines 1 and 11) and Chatelet (lines 1, 4, 7and 11).
