Cozy studio apartment with a nice view

Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a partly residential, partly commercial area with all kinds of stores and services. Montparnasse is lively and trendy with theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and cafes. The Sixth Arrondissement, with its elegant stores, is just 10 minutes away via subway. The closest metro stations, including one just in front of the building, are Plaisance, and Pernety (line 13).
Premises:
This alcove studio is bright, calm, and cozy. It is located on the 10th French floor of a large and modern building with a coded intercom, an elevator with its own security system, and a fulltime concierge. This 33m˛ (approx. 355 sq. ft.) studio faces west and has an open view (no building opposite). It has patina yellow walls, light brown tiles, a green paneled alcove and breakfast bar, and a balcony with evergreens and flowers.
The main door opens to a pleasant 21m˛ (approx. 225 sq. ft.) living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a light green coffee table made of wood and cane, a chest of drawers, cable TV, a desk, and a built-in closet. It has large bay windows with sliding doors that access the balcony. In the alcove, there is a double bed. There is a high-speed Internet connection as well as a mobile air conditioner.
Basic and functional, the small open kitchen is equipped with two electric hot plates, a hood with an exhaust fan, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, a worktop with a stainless steel sink, and a dining table just beside the small bar.
The bathroom has white tiles with little motifs, a bathtub with a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, and a toilet.
All linens, basic utensils and appliances are provided.
Heat and hot water are collective with the building.
The nearest metro station is Plaisance (line 13).
