This apartment is located on a small street in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près. This district is one of the most attractiveof the Seine River's Left Bank with historic restaurants and cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Just beside is the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market) and a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designers' fashion shops. It is also at a walking distance from the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint Louis. There is also a wahing machine and a dryer. The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a separate toilet. There is also a small office, which is furnished with a desk and chair. Heat and hot water are both in gas. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Saint Germain des Prés (line 4) and Mabillon (line 10).
