One Bedroom Apartment in Porte de Versailles

Neighborhood:
Adjacent to the interesting Park Georges Brassens and its antique book' market this traditional residential and commercial' district of Paris is close to the wide Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Here every two weeks there is a new fair by instance the Foire de Paris, an agriculture exhibition, the biggest and most famous in France. It is also not far from the Paris Heliport, and to the Aqua boulevard, a very large spa. The main monuments and points of interest are in a short distance by metro. All types of restaurants, cafes, and services such as open-air markets and supermarkets are found in the neighborhood.
Premises:
Set back from the street, this 50m2 apartment located on the 6th French floor of a building from the beginning of the 20th century having a security system, a concierge, and an elevator, is southeast exposed, perfect for two people.
All off-white painted it has a wooden floor and a little corridor opening directly to all the rooms. In the 26m2 living room placed in front of the main door a double sofa bed and three armchairs around a small top glassed coffee table with wrought iron legs are settled on an area rug. Just beside are black bookshelves, and a TV on a console. In addition there is a round wooden dining table with four comfortable white chairs, a trestle table, paintings, lamps, and two windows with neat blinds with view on the street.
At the bottom of the corridor the 12m2 bedroom contains two single beds side by side with bedside tables and one lamp, a chest of drawers, a mirror doors closet, a telephone, and a window with nice curtains also on the street side. The kitchen has a wooden worktop, double stainless steel sinks, utensils put away in the cupboards, and a window. It is basically equipped with four electric burners and a small fridge. White tiled the bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, and a window. Restroom is separated.
There is a central heating and water heater
The nearest subway stations are Porte de Vanves (line 13), Porte de Versailles and Convention (line 12).
