One bedroom apartment right in the heart of Montmartre between Rue de Ravignan and Rue Durantin.
This 30m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the second French floor of a walk-up building from the 19th century facing north and southeast and having a security code system and an intercom on the premises. The apartment can accommodate four persons.
The layout is as follows: main entry hallway leads to the living room to the right, the kitchen is to the left and straight up is the bedroom. There are built-in closets at the hallway and the bathroom is off the kitchen. The décor is modern.
The 10m2 living room is furnished with a double size Futon bed, a rectangular wooden coffee table, a round dinning table, two matching chairs and stools, a floor lamp, a mirror, a TV, a small lamp, a telephone and some decorative items. The walls are done in a cream color, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with sheer/fabric curtains overlooking the street.
The 10m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a night table with lamp, a chest of drawers, a rectangular desk/table, a reading lamp, a mirror, two matching chairs and some decorative items. The walls are done in a cream color, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with sheer/fabric curtains facing southeast and overlooking the courtyard.
The separate kitchen is equipped with an inlaid 2-burners gas stove with exhaust fan and hood, a fridge, a microwave, an electric mini oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink, a washer/dryer machine and upper and lower cabinets containing kitchen utensils. The walls are done in a cream color with partial white tiles over the counter, cream tiled floor and there is a window overlooking the courtyard.
A Crib and a stroller are available. A baby sitter service is also available on request.
The bathroom has a shower cabin protected by plastic curtain, a sink with upper mirrored medicine cabinet, a towel rack and a toilet. The walls have light gray color tiles, the floor is tiled in a white color and there is a small window.
The district of Montmartre and art are inseparable, at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, most especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur Basilica. One of Paris's most picturesque squares is the Place des Abbesses with its original Art Nouveau metro station. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood like the picturesque fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic.
Telephone is restricted to reception of calls but the line can be opened to local calls, national calls and international calls on request.
There is gas heating & water heater.
The closest metro station is Abbesses- line 12.
