This is a beautiful apartment. We have stayed in numerous apartments in many countries. This one is spacious, clean, well appointed and extremely quiet for sleeping. Very comfortable bed. Good wireless service.
May 27 2012The location is good but not in a posh area. Easy 2-5 minute walking to market, cheese store, bread store, wine, tons of cafes, etc. There are a few Velib bike stations and several Metros within an easy 2-5 minute walk. The block itself, and the 2-3 blocks immediately around the apartment are less than elegant, kind of like the Lower East of Manhattan, but we felt totally safe and fine. It's not bad by any stretch, it's just not posh.
The apartment itself is very nice. Great access to so many things from the Pompidou to the Marais and Beaubourg. Easy biking or longer walk to the Louvre.

Oct 01 2010When we return to Paris, we won't hesitate to rent this apartment again, if possible.
We had a wonderful time in Paris. The accommodation was beyond our expectations and well beyond your description. [The apartment owner] was a delightful host, giving us very useful information showing us around the flat and explaining everything to us. In addition she telephoned us during the week to check if everything was OK.

Feb 19 2008I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. It was a very clean, beautifully decorated apartment within 10-15 minutes walk to Notre-Dame, the Latin Quarter (yummy restaurants), the Louvre , fresh food market and a 2 block walk to the Metro. My husband, three young adult kids and I all enjoyed our stay and hope it will be available on our next trip to Paris.

Sep 25 2006our next trip. We have learned that renting an apartment is a much better way of experiencing the way of life of the country we are visiting than a hotel.
The apartment in Paris was perfectly suitable for our family. It was clean and contained every kitchen or cleaning item which we would be needed by a visitor. Its location in Paris was fantastic as it was wonderfully located near the metro and also on a direct RER line to the airport and Disneyland so that no change of train was necessary (a major convenience for a family of 5 who don't speak French at all well.) My children enjoyed the cable TV after a long, tiring day of sightseeing as there were English speaking stations available while I enjoyed the bath! My daughter is an avid reader so she enjoyed an extensive library with many books published in English.

The apartment was really very nice, and I felt very comfortable staying there.
