Two bedroom apartment close to Châtelet

Neighborhood: This modern furnished apartment is located on Rue Rambuteau, a popular street and part of a pedestrian area of Paris bordering the Marais and the Louvre, between Rue Saint Denis and Rue Etienne Marcel. It is an excellent location, close to Chatelet-Les Halles, the Seine, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the Jardin des Tuileries, one of the largest and best known parks in Paris. This lively area has lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops, where, in addition to a shopping mall, there are all the necessary shops and supermarkets and the famous Rue Montorgueil market. Premises: This bright 80m² (approx. 860 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 1900s walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a corridor leading to second door with a coded system. This leads to the staircase. All windows in the apartment are double-glazed and overlook a lively pedestrian street with a northern exposure. The entrance door opens into a corridor that leads to the kitchen on the left, to the first bedroom and the bathroom on the right, and to the very bright living room. The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has three windows and a marble floor with area rugs. The living room is decorated with a wooden dining table and chairs, a large coffee table, a red leather sofa bed and two matching armchairs. There are several lamps and decorative items such as a mirror, plants, and artwork all around the room. The living room is also equipped with a cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo and a phone. Next to the living room is the 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) guest bedroom, which has a window. It can also be used as an office, as it has a desk and bookshelves. There is a single Murphy bed, a decorative fireplace and a wooden parquet floor. This room has a high-speed Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available). The master bedroom measures 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) and can be reached through the first bedroom. It has a queen-size bed, two windows with fabric curtains, a wooden closet and a decorative fireplace. There is a wooden parquet floor and area rugs. The separate small kitchen has a window and is equipped with two gas burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom is situated next to the master bedroom. It has white tiled walls, a tub with a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a large built-in closet that contains a combo washer/dryer and a hairdryer. A second door opens directly into the corridor. The toilet is separate. The apartment is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum and fans. Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered. For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro stations are Chatelet-les Halles (lines 1, 4, 11, 14, RER A, B, D) and Etienne Marcel (line 4).
