In Nice - West quarters, this 4 bedroom apartment has one independent bedroom. This bedroom is available as a Bed & Breakfast for one person only. The guest will have will have access to the living-room (shared with the owners). The living room is furnished with a double sofa, a coffee table. It is equipped with a TV with DVD and a stereo. The bedroom has a large bay window facing east and opening onto a balcony. It is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, a desk, a small armoire and a built-in closet. The shared bathroom has a Tub and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. Neighborhood: The apartment is in the west area of Nice at a few minutes from Nice International airport and "The Promenade des Anglais". You can get to town by bus or by train. The train station is just 5mn walk which gives you access to a great commuting system to Nice Center, Cannes but also Monaco. Nice is a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco, Cannes and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some ski resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Nice International Airport
