Ideally located and peaceful homestay in the Centre of Nice

This home stay is located close to the Palais de la Mediterranée, Hotel le Negresco and 50 metre from the Promenade des Anglais. In this private apartment, shared with the owner, 2 bedrooms are available. The living and the bedrooms have air conditionning. You have access to the the spacious living room (TV (including foreign channels, CNN, Rai, etc...), DVD, VCR), open kitchen and large Terrace. - The first bedroom has a window opening onto the terrace. This room is furnished with a double bed. - Next to this bedroom is a second bedroom which can also accommodate two people. It is furnished 2 single bunk beds. The large shared bathroom has a large tub and a washbasin. There are separated restrooms. Sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and kitchen towels are provided. There is a washing machine. Neighborhood: The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Nice, very close to the beach with direct access to the town center. Nice a large city of the French Riviera.This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideallylocated. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some ski resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
