Bright & Quiet studio Nice -Centre (near Vieux Port)

This studio of about 28 sqm is located on 4th French floor of a post war building with intercom system and elevator.
The building on avenue de Lech Walesa close to the Old Harbor (Nice-Vieux Port).
The apartment itself faces a quiet courtyard. This accommodation is available for weekly rentals during summer and monthly rentals throughout the year. It can accommodate 2 people.
You enter the apartment through a small hall way with a large built-in closet.
The living area is about 18 sqm and is furnished with a trundle bed that can sleep one or two people, a chest of drawers and a small desk.
There is a TV and a French window opening onto a balcony facing a private courtyard.
The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 electric burners and a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator , a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is a washing machine. From the kitchen you have access to balcony (same as living room).
The bathroom has a washbasin with mirror, a tub and water closet.
The apartment is located near all the shops and hypermarkets. Laundromats, dry-cleaners, groceries, bakeries - you are in one of the French largest cities and everything is within reach. However, free parking spaces are hard to find in this area !
The apartment is not far away from the "Moyenne Corniche" that leads from Nice towards Villefranche Sur Mer and Monaco (and vice-versa).
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot : the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
