Large 6 bedroom - 4 bathroom Villa in Gigaro with tennis & swimming pool - near Saint Tropez.

Located on the hill of Gigaro, near la Croix Valmer, facing nature and the sea, this property can accommodate 10 people. Composed of two separate apartments, this villa can be ideally rented by two families. The villa can also be shared : Ground floor : 4 people,First floor : 6 people in this case, the pool will be shared The layout is as follows : Ground Floor : You enter the apartment via a large veranda with direct access onto the terrace and facing the pool. The living room is furnished with two sofas and armchairs. Next is the dining area with a round dining table seating six. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 electric induction plates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. You will find two bedrooms on this floor, each furnished with 2 single beds with windows facing the quiet garden. These room share 2 bathrooms, one with a tub, separated stall-shower and double washbasin, one with a shower. There is a separate toilet. First French Floor : You have access to this floor either from the ground floor apartment, either directly via the entrance of the villa. The large living room is furnished with 2 sofas and an armchair. It is equipped with a Tv, a VCR and a small stereo. Next is the dining area with a round dining table. From this room you have direct access onto a large terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 electric plates and an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. 4 bedrooms are available on this floor. One is furnished with a single bed, one with two twin beds, one with a trundle bed and the fourth bedroom with a double bed. These rooms share 2 bathrooms : one with a tub, a washbasin and a toilet, one with a stall-shower, a French bidet, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine is available. You will find two terraces. One facing south, partly shaded overlooking the garden and the pool, one facing west. Outside : You will enjoy the large swimming pool (8m long) as well as a private Tennis Court. Down a small path under the trees, out of the property you will get first to the private tennis court then a few minutes walk only to the very nice Gigaro beaches. For high level tennis players, a private club, in the residence offers better quality tennis courts as well as a very large pool (25metres) -shared by the residents only. A private parking space is available The property is just on the edge of a natural reserve with amazing parasol pines and Mediterranean oaks so that it faces nature and has stunning views onto the sea. This is a very rare amenity on the French Riviera. Gigaro is just a few kilometer from La Croix-Valmer. La Croix-Valmer is a small Provencal village overlooking the Mediterranean. You can either enjoy the rocky and tree-filled coastal footpaths or just "farniente", that is to say doing nothing on the sandy beaches, which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. In the village during summertime, do not miss the two famous festivals of the "Harmonies" and the "Nocturnes Croisiennes". The local Provencal market of La Croix Valmer is every Sunday mornings, Place des Palmiers. Not far away either, the Coastal Preservation Society at the Cap Lardier hosts an amazing variety of flowers and birds. Or diving fans may discover the seabeds around Gigaro, rich in sub sea flora and fauna. If you are tired of sunbathing on the sandy beaches, discreet little creeks sheltered from the wind are among the coast, toward Cavalaire and Le Rayol-Canadel. Access : There are several ways of arriving at La Croix Valmer. You can either arrive from the Maures Hills (A 8 exit Le Cannet des Maures through la Garde-Freinet and Cogolin) or arrive from Toulon, the headset of the department, through the coastal road. The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 30-35 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
