The house with contemporary furniture is located in the immediate vicinity of the village.
The living room is furnished with 3 sofas and a coffee table. There is a TV with DVD and a fireplace. There is a mezznine with a sofa.
Off the living room is the open kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hotplates, an electric oven, a dishwasher and an American-style refrigerator/freezer. There is an eating counter.
The dining area (Living Room 2 in photos) has a large table seating up to 14 persons.
A washing machine is available.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with terraces and direct access to the garden. A staircase gives access to the first floor where you will find the other 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a window opening onto a terrace overlooking the garden.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed a sofa and a desk and is equipped with a TV.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed a desk and a TV.
The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV and a window-door opening to a terrace overlooking the garden.
4 bathrooms are available, one for each bedroom. Additionally there is a half bath on the ground floor.
The first three have a tub and toilet, the fourth one has two washbasins, a bathtub, a toilet and a separate stall shower.
In front of the house you will find an agreeable terrace covered by a pergola.

You will enjoy the swimming pool (20x5) and the garden planted with lawn and olive trees.
Neighborhood :
The mediaval village of Montfrin has lots of authentic sites to offer : a 12th century church (built in 1180), a 16th century chapel and even a small castle.
Most of the village streets are pedestrian.
There is a lot to discover in this area : Avignon, Beaucaire and even Uzès (Pont du Gard) and Nimes.
