Apartment Rental: 4 months

The noise and the heat in the apartment, which was caused by the piping system, were unacceptable. Also, the washing machine and dryer were in a poor state. I doubt that both devices, which were located right at the entrance of the apartment, complied with health & safety regulations. In case of a fire it would have been impossible to escape without problems. Moreover, opening the windows during the night was banned, but no reason was given.

It would be very helpful if you could provide more information on the noise and heat complaint as I've checked our records and there doesn't seem to be any communication from you about this problem - any information that you can provide would be very helpful in assisting us in investigating the problem and finding a solution.

Regarding the windows I'm not sure who told you that opening windows was banned as this most definitely isn't a rule we have in place again any more information you can provide would assist me in understanding why you thought opening windows are not allowed.

As a company we take care to adhere to all current health and safety regulations and all our apartments are covered by electronically activated fire alarm systems.

For the first 2 months we were here, the Internet was impossible. We couldn't get access and complained many times and were told nothing could be done. Finally, after many tenants complained, they finally upgraded the Internet.

I'm sorry that you experienced issues with the Wifi at the beginning of your stay and I can confirm that we have installed new and more reliable equipment that has improved the Wifi signal throughout the building.
