This stylish three bedroom/two bath apartment is located in the Bow area of Greater London, on Ford Close Street off of Roman Road. The triplex is about100 SQM (Approx. 1076 SQF) and a walk-up 3 story building, occupying the ground, second and third floors (the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors for Americans). Conveniently, this apartment is equipped with a washing machine, there are multiple rooms accented with colorful beam lights and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant views!
The ground floor consists of the uniquely decorated living room and the open furnished kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed that turns into a queen-sized bed for guests, a coffee table and a flat screen TV that is available against the wall for your entertainment. The living room has a modernized style to it, accented with white and blue sofas, white coated walls and a decorative cheetah rug on the floor. There is also a dainty, elongated mirror above the couch that gives you a great view of the open kitchen.
Fully equipped with light hardwood cabinets, a refrigerator, toaster, an electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar top, this open kitchen is an ideal spot for the morning hours! You will also have a great view of the television and plenty of natural light coming in from the window. This area is very spacious and would make your stay feel very comfortable. What makes this space even more special is that there is an operating system near the kitchen where you can control the color of the lights in each room!
The first floor of the apartment consists of the king-sized bed, study and the bathroom. Bedroom #1 is accented with hardwood floors, a window and decorative wall lights to illuminate the room. Coated with brown and white walls, bathroom #1 features double showers with a rainfall shower-head and marble lining. Washcloths and wastebaskets are also available. (Bedroom #2 has a double bed, but can be provided with a queen-sized bed to echo bedroom #1).
The study area consists of a desk, a chair and double doors to bring in some fresh air while you work.
Bedroom #3 equipped with a queen sized bed and its open en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor of this triplex. This bedroom has hardwood floors that compliment its white walls. There are also small pebbles and light candles ingrained in the floor for a luxurious tone. The private bathroom has a 'wet-room' style shower equipped with both a bath and tub, washbasin and washcloths.
There is a cozy terrace towards the front of the house where you can relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Outside of this three bedroom apartment are a variety of things for you to do. A few blocks away along Grove Road is the Millennium Park, where you can stroll around or go bike-riding. Closer to your apartment on Roman Road are several small shops where you can get a quick bite to eat.
To further explore this Bow Area and the Greater London, the nearest underground station is Mile End (Central Line). The City and Docklands are also within an easy commute.
