This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
This fully furnished apartment is located on Bowl Lane and Watling Street in the vibrant City of London. The studio apartment is approximately 32 SQM ( Approx. 344 square feet) equipped with a gym in the building, a laundry facility, separate kitchen, a comfortable main room and one bathroom. There is also video surveillance throughout the building as an additional amenity.
The living room is a fully furnished comfortable space and it has a double-sized Murphy bed, convenient for saving space by folding into the wall, and a sitting area with a sofa, phone and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. There is also a fitted wardrobe available for your convenience. The separate kitchen offers light, hardwood cabinets and it is fully equipped with the essentials: a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and a dishwasher. A window brightens up this area while you are cooking and also provides air circulation.
Adjacent to the main room is the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cubicle. For luxury services, there is a daily maid service (except on the weekends and holidays), towels and linens are available and changed per week. There is even a Local Health Club Membership available at the La Fitness London Wall!
As you step out of this studio apartment, you will be in London's banking district, the City area. There are many places to explore, such as St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern Art Gallery if you want to indulge more into the arts. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy on the Southbank and the Shakespeare's Globe Theater is around this area.
To further explore the City borough, you have several options, allowing you to be flexible and save time! The closest tube stop is the Bank station, just about half a km away (approx .3 miles), which connects to the Central, Northern AND Waterloo City lines. In about the same distance, there is the Cannon Street and Mansion House stations, with access to the Circle and District lines. And of course, bus routes and a London taxi are never too far out of reach.
