Lined with hardwood floors, the two bedroom flat offers an ultra-modern environment decorated with modern artwork and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a lounge area that combines elements of a living room and dining area, where tenants will find a flat-screen smart TV, double sofa bed, and a wooden dining table that fits four-six guests comfortably. A narrow kitchen attaches to the lounge and provides all necessary cooking equipment – including a stainless steel oven with four burners on top, fridge/freezer combo, microwave, and a laundry washing machine with dryer.

Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and provide a contemporary feel. Each bed lies next to a luxury floor-to-ceiling window.

Pimlico, London neighbors Belgravia.  The setting is quiet and village-like: a perfect area to people-watch and explore parks such as the pleasant Warwick Square (210m/0.1mi) and the much larger St. James Park (1.8km/1.1mi). Attractions in the area include Buckingham Palace (1.5km/0.9mi), Westminster Abbey (1.7km/1.1mi), and Trafalgar Square (2.6km/1.6mi), among many others.

The apartment was smaller than I expected. Looked bigger on the pictures.
The elevator was supposed to be available but I had no access to it and me and my members had to drag the heavy luggages down the stairs to the basement.
There was no door, not even a curtain to the master room bathroom. It was very embarassing because me and my members were on a business trip. I had to write three emails to the owner to hang a curtain and have an access to the elevator, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I think the fact that there is no door to the bathroom but only a curtain should be clearly mentioned on the site. Also, some extra blanket would be nice because the apartment was quite cold.
Otherwise, the aparment was very clean, quiet and nice. The location was very good even though it was little far from the tube station, supermarkets and restaurants were near by so that was fine. Also, the owner's friends who helped us to settle in to the apartment were very very nice. I really thank them for their kindness and consideration.

We provide high quality accommodation and endeavour to match our offerring to our guest needs. We were not aware that the booking was for a business trip with colleagues and had assumed it was a family booking. (We will ask in future.)

The appartment is newly refurbished and there is a curtain, rather than a door, to the ensuite in the master bedroom as it is a compact space. Unfortunately the curtain was not re-hung after the flat had been decorated and cleaned. Once we were aware of the situation, we arranged for a curtain to be hung. The delay in doing this was partly due to us being in Asia at the time with communication subject to time differences.

As London enjoyed temperatures in the mid 20s during their stay, I suspect the heating issues were due to a lack of understanding of the heating controls and my team provided them with an additional heater and bedding. My team also provided them instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances and addressed the guests many other requests.

My team were not aware of the elevator when they checked the guest in, as there are two entrances to the flat but, once I was notified, they were able to assist the guests with their bags when they left.

In terms of location, Google Maps shows the flat as a 6 minute walk from the tube station. The majority of our guests comment on how well located it is both for transport links and ammienities.
