This furnished London two bedroom two bathroom apartment is in Pimlico between Chichester Street and Grosvenor Road. In a wonderful location the apartments are situated in 3.5 acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in the heart of Westminster in Pimlico.

This two bedroom apartment sleeps four with living room, pantry or open-plan style kitchen, bathroom, and two bathrooms. Each apartment features a super king size bed. The apartment has LCD flat screen television per living room, with on demand movies. Dining table and chairs provided, with a desk providing workspace for those who require it.

This spacious and sophisticated furnished apartment provides all the comforts of home and feature a wide range of facilities and services, including free access to the Sports & Fitness Club - including access to a contemporary indoor pool, riverside tennis court, gymnasium and squash courts.

We rented a two bedroom apartment for three nights. It was spacious, clean, well built, in a good location and had great beds and linens. We did not prepare food as we were there only 3 days.

Overall the stay was very good, with a few exceptions.

Pros: We had a two-BR, two-BA apartment with a small kitchen. The apartment was nicely furnished, well laid out, roomy and all the fixtures and appliances functioned well. The maid service was good.

The beds were very clean and quite comfortable. We had a room facing the courtyard, and even with the windows open, it was fairly quiet. The location was excellent. A few minutes walk from Pimlico tube station and only about 15 minute walk to Victoria Station. We ate at many decent restaurants all within a few minutes walk. There was a little shop and green grocer right in the building with basic food and fruit. And a larger Sainsbury's supermarket was only 10 minute walk away. My husband said the on-site gym was quite nice, although I never went there personally.

Cons: The kitchen was VERY sparsely outfitted with equipment. There was not even a frying pan. I requested some items (like a frying pan) that were supposed to be there per an inventory I found in a drawer, but nothing was ever sent up and I decided to let it go. So forget about cooking even a basic meal. The kitchen was good for storing some milk and fruit and ice cream, and reheating things and very SIMPLE cooking like boiling eggs and making coffee. We had the windows always open because there is no air conditioning. It was not excessively hot during our stay so this was not a problem. If it had gotten warm, it might have gotten uncomfortable. We paid for WiFi in our room and it was very very slow and unreliable. It cut out every 30 to 60 minutes and required one to log back in,which was a laborious task. It also was completely out for a day and half and the staff had no clue as to when it would come back on.

Neutral: We did not have many special requests or issues, so cannot comment extensively on the desk staff. They seemed competent, but not stellar (since we never got our kitchen stuff and they did not seem to care about the WiFi being unreliable). However, we were checked in and out efficiently, and our bill was accurate. There was laundry free in the basement, which was great. The downside was that there were only 5 small washers and driers for a very large building, so it required patience to find a time when enough washers were free to do our laundry.

Overall, I would stay there again, but perhaps pack my own frying pan :-)

Further to this review, we contacted the owner of this apartment and conveyed all of the client's issues and suggestions. The owner apologized for the oversight of the frying pan and confirmed that the frying pan has now been replaced, they anticipate having a new WiFi provider/system fully operational by the end of the year.
