1) the washer/dryer did not work properly at all;
2) the toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped working; fortunately we had a second bathroom to use;
3) no air-conditioning
4) the furniture in the Living Room was "miniature"; very small and uncomfortably low to the floor.

Thank you for your review.

We hope you enjoyed your stay. I appreciate your feedback and would like to address it here:
No private apartments in London have air conditioning simply because that is not needed in our climate.
The apartment has instruction books for the washer/dryers. If the instruction is followed correctly the machines will not malfunction.
The apartment has a Porter who is very capable of attending to faults in toilets and washer/dryers. However, he does need to be informed about any such problems.
We disagree that the furniture of the living room is miniature but we do agree that it is low to the floor and apologise for that. To rectify this, additional cushions have been put on the sofa and the chairs and these are now very comfortable.

All best wishes, Rolf

We were very lucky our stay was during a warm and sunny period so we kept the windows open to enjoy the cool air. Unfortunately, there was some traffic noise late at night; but not enough to dampen our enthusiasm for this delightful apartment in the centre of an elegant part of the city.
Everything else was perfect, from the accommodation to the rental agency! Highly recommended. Hope this doesn't mean it will be all booked the next time we want to visit!!

We were very pleased with the service provided by NY Habitat, especially for the assistance we had from Gregory.

The apartment was very cozy, nice and very well located. We enjoyed this experience of renting an apartment (we always stayed in hotels on our trips). The only down was that the toilet wasn?t working properly.

We conveyed the comments from this review to the apartment owner who states that the issue with the toilet is just the fact that many guests from other countries are not familiar with how UK toilets operate.
