The building itself has its own restaurant, which is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Within a quarter of a mile of this apartment, you’ll find at least two dozen restaurants catering to a wide variety of tastes; there’s even familiar standbys nearby (including a Starbucks). For sightseeing, you can’t miss Buckingham Palace, which is located just to the south across Piccadilly Street (1 km/0.6 miles away), nor Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, just a bit to the west (0.5 km/0.3 miles west). The museums of Exhibition Road (Science Museum, Natural History Museum, and Victoria & Albert Museum) are all about 3 kilometers/1.9 miles to the west. Upscale shopping in and around Sloane Street in Knightsbridge is 2 kilometers/1.3 miles to the southwest, where you can find name-brand stores including Prada and Chanel. There’s also plenty of transportation options; your concierge can arrange transport for you, or you can take the Green Park subway stop a half-kilometer (0.3 miles) away to explore further into and around London.
