This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.

The three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator and a full-time concierge in the Vauxhall neighborhood of London. Weekly maid service and cleaning are included, as are linen and towels. Parking space and internet access are both available for an additional fee. The apartment has contemporary furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows to let in much natural light. Furthermore, tasteful paintings can be found throughout the apartment.

The living room of this vacation rental apartment has hardwood floors and features a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, couches, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The room also contains a desk and wooden dining table that seat six. Next to the dining table is the stylish open kitchen, which is perfect for home cooking and is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and features floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as a single bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Lastly, there are two modern bathrooms in the vacation rental that both contain a bath, shower, WC and washbasin.

This three bedroom accommodation can be found on Albert Embankment between Black Prince Road and Salamanca Street. This location is a great starting point for exploring some famous London landmarks. For example, the Thames River is only 200 feet away from the apartment. If you walk north along the water here you will come across Lambeth Bridge, from which you have an amazing view of the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. Close to the bridge are the Lambeth Palace and its gardens. Unfortunately, these gardens are not open to the public, but there are two parks within 500 feet of the apartment that provide a good alternative. The Vauxhall neighborhood is also home to the central headquarters of the British Secret Intelligence Service, which is more commonly known as MI6. The building near Vauxhall Bridge was shown in several James Bond films. Moreover, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby the apartment. The Tamesis Dock pub is located on a floating barge in the Thames at less than 200 feet away, and the Italian restaurant Sirenas can be found on the next block and is a great place for lunch. Vauxhall, the nearest London Underground station, is about half a mile away, and here you can catch the Victoria Line to commute to other neighborhoods. You also have the Westminster station in the vicinity.

The apartment satisfied all of our needs. Areas for improvement: the sofas weren't perfectly clean (they had some stains).
The proximity of a supermarket open all the time was very convenient.

First and foremost we would like to offer our sincere apologies to Angelo and his party with regards to the conditions of the sofas; we are fully aware that the cappuccino upholstery needs to be cleaned, we have contacted a professional cleaning company to resolve this issue but have been advised that the cleaning solutions used will require a minimum of twenty four hours to dry and for any fumes to evaporate, due to the high occupancy and not wishing to cause any discomfort to any person/s occupying the apartment after the cleaning, we have been waiting for the ideal opportunity but due to high demand and low availability this has had to be scheduled for a quieter period

The standard of cleanliness and the facilities that are offered is of great importance to us and each apartment is cleaned to the highest of standards and rigorous checks completed by a member of the team prior to every guest arrival this is to ensure that our clients will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay whilst with us, it is with regret that we failed on this occasion.

Yet again we would like offer our apologies to Angelo and his party with regards to the conditions of the sofas and we would like to reassure him that this is an isolated incident and not to our practising standards.
