The bed and breakfast accommodation is located on Livingston Street between Hoyt and Bond Streets, on the 2nd floor (considered 1st in Europe) of a three-story 20th century industrial-turned-loft building. Use of a staircase is necessary to access the home. For your privacy, an intercom system is in place.
Please Note: This is a room for rent in a bed and breakfast accommodation. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared and access to the bathroom and kitchen is only accessible via the room that you will be renting (Living Room 1)

From your room, access to the kitchen is available via large wooden doors. The well-equipped shared kitchen presents white-tiled floors, wooden cabinetry, and a window for ventilation. Most essential cooking supplies are available, including a dishwasher! Long countertops allow easy creation of home-cooked meals. The shared bathroom provides a full-sized tub/shower with towels, a large sink, toilet, and cabinet space.
Please note: there is limited privacy as the rooomate must walk through the room for rent to access the shared bathroom and kitchen.
