This gorgeous contemporary bed and breakfast/room for rent in a Brooklyn loft offers a fresh environment in the city that never sleeps! Located in Downtown Brooklyn, it is walking distance from two subway stations serving five separate lines, easily bringing you into Manhattan and all over New York City.

The bed and breakfast accommodation is located on Livingston Street between Hoyt and Bond Streets, on the 2nd floor (considered 1st in Europe) of a three-story 20th century industrial-turned-loft building. Use of a staircase is necessary to access the home. For your privacy, an intercom system is in place.

Please Note: This is a room for rent in a bed and breakfast accommodation. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared and access to the bathroom and kitchen is only accessible via the room that you will be renting (Living Room 1)

This room for rent (living room 1) is commodious and modern, furnished similarly to a small studio apartment. It features hard wood floors, off-white walls with wood molding, and trendy accessories. There are no windows in this room, but track lighting efficiently illuminates the space. Here you will find a convertible futon bed, desk with lamp, and large dining table for meals with family or friends.

From your room, access to the kitchen is available via large wooden doors. The well-equipped shared kitchen presents white-tiled floors, wooden cabinetry, and a window for ventilation. Most essential cooking supplies are available, including a dishwasher! Long countertops allow easy creation of home-cooked meals. The shared bathroom provides a full-sized tub/shower with towels, a large sink, toilet, and cabinet space.

Please note: there is limited privacy as the rooomate must walk through the room for rent to access the shared bathroom and kitchen.
