Located on Vanderbilt Avenue & Park Avenue, the three-bedroom apartment sits on the lower level and 1st floor of a four-story prewar brownstone townhouse with stairs. For your convenience, a personal laundry washer/dryer is available in the charming NYC abode.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. Embracing a calm ambiance, it is modernly furnished to include bright yellow colored walls, a full-sized bed, and desk with chair. A second shared bathroom offers tiled flooring, a shower, and window for ventilation. Both bathrooms include fresh towels.
