Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the living room, furnished with a double-size futon, a desk and a television. The bedroom has a double size bed, a dresser and a nightstand with a lamp for some nighttime reading, as well as a wall of exposed brick, a remant of the prewar roots of the building.

If you feel like tasting some of the best pizzas in New York, head to Motorino Pizza, less than 1 block away from the apartment. The overall apartment was really good the pictures look exactly like the apartment (except the futon on the living room was different and not in good condition).

The location was perfect so much to do in the neighbourhood without having to deal with the chaos of the really touristy areas.
The landlord was quite difficult to deal with and was often very difficult to get in touch with. He doesn't like to set a time to pick up or drop off keys and doesn't seem to have a problem with making tenants wait for him.
