This three-bedroom apartment is located in Chelsea in a newly renovated prewar building.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and has elevator access.
When entering the apartment you are in the large living room area. At the front of the room is a large window, which faces out to the street. There is a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table facing the entertainment center. There is a TV with cable a DVD player, VCR and stereo. There is also an Internet connection, phone and fax machine. There is also a dining table that seats four people.
The kitchen is open to living room and features all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is a coffee maker, toaster and plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king sized bed, a dresser and a closet. There is a small terrace outside the bedroom, which is filled with plants. The room has a TV with cable and a VCR. There is a bathroom connected directly to the bedroom and includes a separate shower, a bathtub, a sink with vanity and w/c.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that turn into a queen size. There is a terrace, which is shared with the third bedroom and features many plenty and a small grill.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that turn into a queen. This room also has access to the terrace.
The second bedroom is equipped with a w/c, shower/tub and sink with mirror.
The third bathroom is a half bathroom with a sink and w/c.
The apartment has a washer and dryer inside.
The location is close to all of the shopping, museums and attraction in midtown. A short walk to 7th or 8th Avenue leads to many restaurants and over on 10th and 11th Avenues there are many art galleries. The closest subway is the 1 train at 18th Street and 7th Avenue, also nearby is are the F,V train at 23rd Street and 6th Avenue and the R,W trains at 23rd Street and Broadway.
