There is also access to a roof terrace, which has a table and chairs. Views from the roof include the UN, Empire State Building, and most of midtown.

The apartment is a about a 5 minute walk to the 7 train at Vernon Jackson Blvd and the G train is also near by at Manhattan Avenue. The Greenpoint neighborhood features many cafes and has seen a resurgence as t has been zoned for new residential development. The trip to Grand Central is about 15 minutes and 20 minutes to Times Square.
