The landlord kept the apartment and building up to par. The landlord also tried to anticipate any needs and did her best to accommodate.

However, I would not stay there again due to the neighborhood at night, the lack of privacy in the building, and general noise.

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad to hear that you found the apartment accommodating.

The block is relatively quiet. There are lots of professionals as well as Phd Students living on this block. The building is on the same street, within the a block of Former President Clinton's Office. The street is well lit and has security cameras.

This building which was built in the 1880's. It is very quiet and newly renovated. All floors are very private with their own entrances. There are two entrances on each floor.

Apartment 2 front window has the original Shutters which can be closed, and also has curtains for privacy if the shutter are rolled back into it's frame. In the bedroom there are two large windows.

One is frosted for privacy and the second window has a shade also for privacy. Both windows also have curtains in front of them.

Many have stayed and referred others. I was glad that you also extended your stay! We are close the Subway station and all other transportation.

This is a historic neighborhood and there is so much to see and enjoy.

My daughter and I spent a month in this apartment, very decent apartment, wonderful landlady, always ready to do you a favor, very kind, only have very fond memories. The apartment is in a very quiet location, quiet day and night ; we liked the subway 5 min away and the unobtrusive landlady. We hope to rent this apartment again on our next trip to New York.
