This generous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment for vacation rental is located in the trendy neighborhood of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Situated on 4th Street & 6th Avenue, and perched upon the third and fourth floors (considered 2nd and 3rd in Europe) of a four-story walk-up brownstone, this duplex provides a calming atmosphere on a residential block (as well as nearby popular attractions and subway stations). To ensure privacy and convenience, this 19th century building includes a buzzer/intercom system for all residents.

The impressive home- large, fully furnished, and ideally placed - provides a great living space for those who appreciate both the busy city and the peaceful environment of a residential street. Wooden floors line the base of this 2-story apartment and add to the tasteful appearance of the home as a whole. The 250sqft (23.3sqm) living room includes a long sofa with decorative pillows, fireplace, and a coffee table providing surface space for personal items. A dining table with five chairs sits nearest to the kitchen, and a cable television hangs from the wall above. The elegant kitchen is separated by a wall (no door) and includes most cooking necessities. These include appliances such as a freezer, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge.

A total of THREE bathrooms are spread throughout the apartment! This feature is great for larger parties or families – who know the value of multiple wash rooms (more time for everyone to focus on their outfit!). Replicating the classy ambiance of the rest of the house, each bathroom is decorated simply and polished. Each one contains a shower, tub, fresh towels, sinks and toilet.

All bedrooms are similar in appearance. Provided in the rooms are fresh sheets, closet space, mirrors, and windows facing the residential street (except the Bedroom 4, which views the garden.) Cable televisions are provided in all bedrooms except the Bedroom 1. The first bedroom provides a queen sized bed, as do both Bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 2 is the exception, with a single size bed.

Please note that the apartment has narrow, steep stairs that may not be suitable for the elderly.
