The apartment is great, convenient and close the Subway. The landlord is completely helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend it. |

This is a very nice sublet apartment, and the landlord is friendly and accommodating. It is worth noting that the second bedroom is quite small, and the table has stools (not chairs), meaning that I think the apartment is better for short-term stays (1 week to 1 month). |

I am glad you enjoyed the apartment! As the oven was not heating up as quickly as you had wanted, I provided a temporary solution considering that replacing the oven's wattage would require the approval of Con Edison, who at that time was still busy helping out the victims of Superstorm Sandy. |

Apartment is in really great neighborhood! Safe and everything near. Easy and fast access to Manhattan. Would stay here again. Only minus is that the other bedroom is way much smaller that the other main bedroom. Landlord was very helpful with everything. |

Thanks for your review, Jenny. I had imagined that the photos of the apartment on New York Habitat's website showed that one of the bedrooms is smaller than the other. In any case, I am glad you enjoyed your stay! The apartment's location is certainly very convenient! |

Our stay at this apartment was both pleasant and relaxing. There was ample space, especially for two people, and everything was clean, in order, and in great condition. |
