This apartment is extremely well-located, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and everything one could want. The N and W trains are 2 blocks away at 31st and Broadway and the M and R are just six blocks away at Steinway. The trade-off is that one can always hear the busy street. It didn't bother me at all but the sound is there. |
