Jason and Natasha care about keeping the property in good condition. They will respond immediately to any issues that you may have. I recommend renting from them if you are looking for a well furnished and well cared for property. The unit had good furniture and good heating/air conditioning. I was always comfortable and happy with the location. This is a great option for anyone who needs access to the J train. There are some good neighborhood restaurants such as Petra, Father Knows Best, Little Skips, and L'Antagonist.
