The landlord is friendly and helpful. The location is comfort, near the subway (2,3, both express trains) and whole foods. The neighborhood is excellent. I enjoyed my stay. |

Overall, I had a positive experience with my New York Habitat rental. This studio was the perfect size and location for my summer research in NYC. I enjoyed the vibrancy of Harlem, and appreciated the availability of the apartment manager. My only issue was that the main area was not as clean as I would have preferred (I had to do a lot of cleaning behind the bed to relieve dust allergies.) I would recommend that management employ a cleaning service. |

Good experience. The aparment meets all the comforts (ample space, quality of services, good internet connection, excellent TV, efficient heating...) The location is good in the core of Harlem, near a commercial area and a Whole Foods supermarket. The owner extraordinarily friendly and concerned about ensuring the comfort of the guest. |
