It is a gem of an apartment, recently remodeled, with new sparking bathroom and kitchen. Very tastefully decorated and equipped with all you may need. Located on the top 6th floor, there also is some view of the skyline. Great communication with the owner. A nice little park a block away. It is a very busy and quite a lively neighborhood, lots of music everywhere. A short walk to the subway (direct, though quite long, metro 3 and 4 ride to the city center). |
