Located on Lincoln Place and Nostrand Avenue, this chic two-bedroom apartment sits on the 3rd floor and last floor (considered 2nd in Europe) of a prewar walk-up townhouse. For privacy purposes, a buzzer/intercom system is in place.

This accommodation features two private bedrooms with the rare privacy of a separate living room space that is only accessible through doors located in the bedrooms. The kitchen area and bathroom will be shared with a roommate if the apartment is not rented in its entirety. The first private bedroom is connected to this living room. It is cozy, compact and features a full-sized bed, closet space, and windows facing a tree-lined street.

The second living room at 100 sq. ft. (9.2 m2) is solely accessible through the second bedroom. It has two closets. It is located near the bathroom, and has no windows. You will find a television with cable in this space.

The second bedroom faces the garden, has two windows with southern exposure, a closet, queen size bed, and a fridge/freezer unit.

The shared kitchen presents tiled floors, ample cabinet space, and one window for ventilation. Granite counter tops allow convenient preparation of meals. Most necessary cooking appliances are available.

A shared bathroom in the apartment includes one shower/tub and toilet.

Crown Heights is part of central Brooklyn, a neighborhood near Bedford-Stuyvesant, Prospect Heights and Prospect Park. Staying at the location you get bang for your buck. The unit is designed as 2 studio apartments and you share the bathroom and kitchen, which is perfect when having friends and family over. You get to have your own privacy. The apartment is also very close to the train station, local shops, and restaurants which is another huge plus. If I had any issues within the apartment, Stephanie, the landlord was prompt to resolve them.
