This four bedroom apartment is perfectly situated in SoHo on West Broadway and Prince Street on the third floor (second floor European) of an industrial building. The apartment can be reached by elevator and by stairs and features a security system. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
This four bedroom apartment has it all. In addition to the private room for rent, there is also a private bathroom, a private kitchen and you will have your own private entrance! The private bedroom offers a double sized bed, an A/C, a desk, and plenty of storage space due to the many shelves and large closet. The hallway and kitchen are partially lined with books, which add sophistication to the apartment. The eat in kitchen features a fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, and a microwave and is open to your living area. The bathroom offers a shower with tub, sink, and toilette.
Please Note: Although you will have a private bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, this is an apartment share. The owner occupies the other kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom 4. The owner uses a separate entrance.
SoHo is a neighborhood located in lower Manhattan, New York. It’s known for its art galleries, and shops, which range from trendy, local boutiques, to national and international chain stores. With such a central location you’ll be close to variety of stores and restaurants! Walk down Prince Street (400 feet/ 130 meters) for some of the best shopping around, from French Connection (220 feet/ 70 meters) to The Dr. Martens Store (0.2 miles/ 260 meters). Head to Chobani (200 feet/ 60 meters) to get some yogurt at this Greek Yogurt café! Try Dos Caminos SoHo (270 feet/ 80 meters) for some Mexican food and tequila. Additionally, you can never go wrong with some coal-oven pizza from Arturo’s (0.1 miles/ 180 meters). Head to Washington Square Park (0.3 miles/ 500 meters) and be sure to check out the Washington Arch. New York University (500 feet/ 140 meters) is a short walk away, making it a great option for students.
