Building was fine, room was small but still bigger than dorm space would be. Had occasional noise issues with downstairs tenants. Owner was kind but sometimes difficult to reach. Not a lot of complaints. Enjoyed the kitchen. A/C unit was a big plus in September and early October. Friendly neighbors and an alright neighborhood overall, pretty quiet when compared to other areas nearby. |

The apartment is good, could use some renovation especially for bathroom. The roommates I had made a part of my stay not very comfortable. |
