On the whole, everything went perfectly well. I was happy with everyone I have been in contact with. Jennifer, the landlady, was wonderful with me and very generous, I won't forget my stay. |

While the landlord was gracious enough to let me and my significant other stay for a period of five months that doesn't excuse the poor handling of the situations at hand and the mediocre that me and my partner had faced. Not only did we clean up after the other two tenants,( if we didn't other wise the place wouldn't have gotten clean) we where getting blamed for causing the messes. I would not recommend this landlord if your a younger person or a younger couple. |

As you know, you were my very first tenants in my newly appointed and pristine NY Habitat apartment. I provided all the amenities that were due to you, plus the bonus of allowing your dog without any extra charge. All the common areas were wiped and cleaned once per week but not daily as perhaps you expected (even though I made that clear prior to you moving in). |
