The apartment is really beautiful, very comfortable and above all very clean! The only negative point would be the lack of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The neighborhood is also a bit noisy, but it's hard to find a quiet place in New York!

This Brooklyn apartment stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, its convenient accessibility thanks to it being close to the subway, and its reassuring level of security.

The owner is extremely kind and attentive, takes every need into account and meets all your needs, which made my experience even nicer. What's more, the apartment is just like the photos on the website, and gives a welcoming environment that totally met my expectations.

I stayed 4 months in this apartment and I have no negative comment whatsoever about either the apartment or the owner.

Overall a good stay in a clean, well-appointed and comfortable apartment. Ideal room for students arriving in NYC and unfamiliar with the city. Close to the subway, supermarket and parks...

The only negative points were the noise (neighborhood often noisy on weekends) and the very repetitive visits of the owners (sometimes made me feel like I wasn't really at home and therefore not 100% comfortable).

All in all happy with the stay.
