Interior: you enter into the living room and dining room area, windows all around, view on the east and north, you will be pleasantly surprised by the space, the comfort, and refreshing décor. There is a large dining room table, a separate kitchen , fully equipped, a sofa and coffee table, the sofa can open or the owner has an inflatable mattress if needed. Plants are all around the window sills. There is a stereo in the living room. One bedroom is locked for office use, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD in the room, large closets, and a bathroom attached. There is a second bathroom in the other side.
Neighborhood : Battery Park city is an enjoyable place, it is residential as well a very short distance from major attractions and place for entertainment. South Street Sea Port is at short distance, as well as : Financial district , ground Zero, Tribeca. You can either walk around the bottom part of Manhattan or use the transports easily. Battery Park is the place to enjoy great views, roller blade, and enjoy other outdoors activities. It is also a place for shopping. Century 21 is an other store at short distance. Tribeca has great restaurants and places for entertainment. In Washington street there is a farmer's market.
Transports : Trains 1,9,N,R stop right across the street. Trains 4,5 also stop nearby.
