This large 1100 square feet apartment is located on the 28th floor of a luxurious building with concierge service in a very convenient area of Manhattan. The building has its own private garden for your convenience.
The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished with a sofa bed, which opens up into a queen size bed, a television with cable channels, an A/C, a stereo, a desk with a comfortable chair and plug-in internet access. From the living room there is a door which opens up into a balcony with great views of the East River and upper Manhattan.
Near the living room there is a dining area with a round table with chairs. Right next to the dining area there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook.
The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable king size mattress and A/C. Linens are provided. There are large windows with incredible views of the east of Manhattan.
Near the bedroom there is a full marble bathroom, with bath tub and shower.
Near the living room there is half marble bathroom, with WC and sink. Towels are provided.
The living area and the bedroom areas can be easily separated by closing a door and each area will have its own bathroom.
The apartment has hardwood floors and is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The Upper East Side is a very safe and elegant area of Manhattan. The Mayor's mansion is located nearby as well as the Guggenheim, Metropolitan Museums and Central Park on 5th Avenue, which are only a few blocks away. The East River Park is also nearby and it's a beautiful place to walk along the river. In this area there are also many stores, boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
The nearest subway stations are at 86th and 96th Streets.

The [Upper East Side] apartment we stayed in was wonderful. The view was amazing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was perfect for our needs. I would choose that building to live in if I lived in NYC. The subway is three blocks away and it is very close to anything you may need. One note; this is not a place to stay with children. [The owner] has many fragile things. |
