We were very happy with our stay in this vacation rental. Its location is ideal (close to a subway station and in a nice neighborhood), light, clean and well equipped (spare linens and towels). The accommodation must be about 40m2 but the three of us didn't get in the way of one another as the rooms are well laid out. The apartment overlooks a courtyard which makes the place quiet some evenings we could hear music from a nearby bar but it wasn't unbearable. I will recommend it. Note: when booking, remember to check your arrival time with the owner as there can be an extra fee depending on the time you get there. |

I likeed the apartment a lot, and the owner was very helpful in working out a little problem I had with my internet access. The area is very lively, and can be a bit noisy on weekend nights. However, since I knew this before coming, this was no problem at all. I thought the cleaning service was efficient and if I would add anything, I would include a toaster in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was very nicely furnished and just what I was looking for. The superintendant even helped me carry the trash downstairs, so I felt it was a very friendly environment. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the lively Greenwich Village environment. |

We had an excellent experience with the apartment we rented on Christopher Street and would highly recommend both it, the owner and New York Habitat to others. Everyone we dealt with (Pamela Adams of New York Habitat, the apartment owner, and his assistant) was professional, courteous and very responsive. The apartment itself was delightful, well-appointed and the location was outstanding. |
