The owner is easily reachable and really helpful... The apartment is close to subway and you can reach Manhattan in about 40 minutes except at night when there are less available lines so it takes more time to come back than during the day... |

Anne, thanks for starting and it was a pleasure to host you. I don?t view my house as dilapidated, paertcularly since my apartments have been renovated, although everyone is entitled to there own opinion. The hallway is kept vintage as a preference not from disregard. The apartment is 20 minutes from Manhattan, takes me 30 on a bike, but depending on your destination the timeline extends. |
