This fully furnished one-bedroom apartment is located in the Batignolles - Parc Monceau area of Paris in a residential street between Avenue de Villiers and Rue de Courcelles.
At a short distance are the green Park Monceau and its nice gates, this avenue is part of a very selected and privileged area in a few distances to the well-known Place de l'Etoile and to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around there are diverse sorts of very nice shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, open-air markets, and supermarkets.
This one bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor with elevator of an 1800's building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and there is a concierge in the building.

The bedroom has two windows viewing the street and is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a closet with mirrors, a desk and a chair and a lamp as well as shelves and a decorative fireplace.
The open kitchen has a bar section with two high stools. It is tiled and equipped with a microwave, four gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer (combo), a stainless sink, and all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom has two windows and is all white tiled. It has a tub with a handheld showerhead and a separate shower, a washbasin with a mirror and a TV and a washing machine.
Heating and water heater are gas individual.
The nearest metro stations are Courcelles and Ternes (line 2) and Malesherbes (line 3).
