This Penthouse is located in Republique in the 11th district of Paris. An area with a cosmopolitan and dynamic air, this neighborhood contains diverse shops, restaurants and cafes. Neighboring Republique Place offers a large array of entertainment and conveniences. Just a few minutes walk away is the delightful Canal Saint Martin, one of the most idyllic local landscapes and a favorite area of Parisians to live. Cycling tracks from Bastille to the Villette district are also nearby and Place Sainte-Marthe boasts a variety of appetizing restaurants. The Louvre Museum and the Seine River are about 10 minutes away by subway. It is also very close to the famous Marais area.

This triplex furnished apartment is located on the right at the end of a private courtyard. Two coded security systems and a guard protect the main entrance gate.

It has parquet floor everywhere except in the bathroom. It has an east exposure onto a green courtyard.

The main door opens into the 43m² (approx. 460 sq. ft.) living/dining room with an open kitchen on the right. Concrete stairs lead to the first floor corridor. To the right is an 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) child's bedroom; facing the bathroom and to the right is the 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) master bedroom. Two steep stairs lead on one side to an 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) study mezzanine overlooking the double bedroom, and on the other to a 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) study/ bedroom.

The 43m² (approx. 460 sq. ft.) living/dining room has a bay window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a wood dining table with eight chairs, three armchairs, a single size sofa bed, a coffee table, a low table and a stereo.

The open kitchen is equipped with three gas burners and an electric burner, a cook hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and two sinks.

On the first floor, the double bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a table with cable TV, a VCR, a DVD player and an ADSL Internet connection. There is also a closet, two chairs, two lamps and an alarm clock. The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) mezzanine study room has a skylight window and is equipped with a study table, a computer, a scanner, a chair and shelves.

The second bedroom has a window which overlooks the courtyard. It contains a single size bed, a bedside table, an armchair, a closet, a small desk and built-in wall shelves with toys.

The study/third bedroom has a skylight window. It is furnished with a single futon bed 140cm (approx. 4-1/2 ft.) wide, an ADSL Internet connection, a printer, a stereo and two study tables with three chairs.

The corridor has large built-in shelves with books.

The bathroom has no window and is equipped with a large tub with showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet.

There is an individual cellar coming with the apartment.

The washing machine and an extra mattress are in the cellar.

The nearest metro station is Goncourt (line 11).
