Located in the 2nd Arrondissement, the fully furnished apartment can be found on Rue Bachaumont and Rue Montmartre on the 5th floor (considered 6th in the U.S.) of an elevator building constructed in 1904. This apartment has digicode security, northern exposure of the street and western exposure of the courtyard.

This Parisian apartment is furnished with contemporary décor and has lots of early 20th century charm! The living room opens onto a large and modern eat-in kitchen featuring high-end appliances including a fridge, oven and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 and 2 offer a double bed while bedroom 3 features a single bed. This apartment is conveniently fitted with a washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom features a stand-alone shower and there is a separate WC.

Montorgueil is a mainly pedestrian neighborhood of sidewalk cafés, shopping streets and major Parisian attractions!

We lived in this apartment for a year and we couldn't have received a better treatment from its owner. He was always available to help us with our needs and requests. The location is unbeatable and the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped and the bedrooms are big. An A+!

Landlord was friendly, accessible, and attentive to detail. A real people person. The apartment, located in the heart of Paris, was ideal: great access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and Parisian life.

The apartment was well-equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, vacuum, cleaning supplies, and sheets. Apartment could use extra towels, bowls. Minor details. Great heating and ventilation. Very clean at move-in. Easy payments and communication with landlord.

Highly suggested. Great balance between quiet time at night and a lively neighborhood in which to live. Building very clean, safe, and user-friendly (elevator!).

I've taken note of the extra towels and bowls and I'm taking care of that. As for the rest, I'll keep on doing my best so my guests are happy with their stay in Paris.
